Q)In How many ways can a man send three of his children to seven different college of certain town?
Solution:
There are 7 colleges and 3 children .
A man has 7 choices for his one child at first .
A man has remaining 6 choices for next child.
A man has 5 choices for his last child.
Total ways = 7 x 6 x 5 = 210 ways.
Hence a man can send three of his children in 210 ways to seven different college of a certain town.
